WHY SERVICE YOUR BOILER?

Finding time to spare these days for servicing can be problematic, we understand this. But maintaining your gas appliance is important, for safety and maintaining your manufacturers warranty, if you have one.

We can arrange a visit in a time slot to suit you. Monday to Friday. You can request we arrive between 9am and 1pm, or 12pm and 5pm, and we can normally oblige.

Remember, If your boiler benifits from a manufacturers warranty, failure to adhere to annual servicing will render the warranty null and void. Should any component in your boiler fail, a repair that would have been free under the manufacturers warranty, could leave you with a repair bill for hundreds of pounds. So it can pay having your boiler serviced.

MULTI  APPLIANCE DISCOUNTS

When more than one appliance is serviced at the same visit, each appliance will benifit from a £5 discount. For example a customer has a gas boiler and a gas fire serviced at the same vsit, with both appliances benifiting from a £5 discount, the total bill would be £110 inc

WATER QUALITY TEST

It is now a legal requirement during a boiler service to test the water quality of central heating systems. Poor water quality such as excessive sludge or insufficient inhibitor levels in the central heating water can lead to boiler or system breakdowns, or invalidate your manufacturers boiler warranty if you have one. We can offer to add a bottle of Fernox F1  inhibitor concentrate (265ml) during a boiler service for a fixed price of £35.00 inc. A 265mm bottle of Fernox F1 concentrate inhibitor is capable of protecting a typical central heating system containing  up to 12 radiators.
