Intro.

David McFadyen Central Heating Services was established in the mid 90's. Mainly covering South Glasgow, East Kilbride, Barrhead, area's. Servicing. repairing and installing all major brands of gas boilers. We also have an open and upfront pricing policy, with no hidden fee's, or Callout Charges.

Increase Pending.

Unfortunately like all businesses our costs have increased. Our last price increase was in July 2021, and it is with regret that we will have to increase our prices. The price increases are not coming into effect until 01 October 2026, so there is plenty of opportunity for Customers to take advantage of our current rates. The current charge for a boiler service with us is £60. We envisage the new rate increasing to £70. Our other charges will increase too, but these will be openly displayed on our website closer to the time.
