Intro.

David McFadyen Central Heating Services was established in the mid 90's, after taking voluntary redundancy from Scottish Gas. Our policy was simple. Deliver quality services to our customers, with open and upfront prices, with no hidden fee's, or callout charges. We mainly cover South Glasgow, East Kilbride, Barrhead, and Neilston. Servicing, repairing and installing all major brands of gas boiers.

Increases Pending.

Unfortunately like all businesses the cost of running the business has increased. Our last price increase was in July 2021, and it is with regret that we will have to increase our prices. The price increases are not coming into effect until 01 October 2026, so there is plenty of opportunity for Customers to take advantage of our current rates. In the time between our last price increase cumulative inflation in the UK has risen by over 24%. The current charge for a boiler service with us is £60 inc. We envisage the new rate increasing to around £70 inc. Our other charges will increase too, but these will all be openly displayed on our website at the time.
