LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE RATES
Please note. After 01/09/2026, we will no longer carry out Landlord Gas Safety Inspections in properties that have gas fires installed.
APPLIANCES IN PROPERTY RATES REMARKS
UP TO THREE APPLIANCES £65 inc. excluding Gas Fires
APPLIANCES TO BE SERVICED ADD £30 inc. excluding Gas Fires
After 01/09/2026 a basic Landlord Gas Safety for a property with up to 3 appliances (with no appliances serviced at visit) for a stand alone safety check inspection/Certificate without any appliances serviced will be charged @ £65 inc. (only available Mon-Fri)
For every appliance requested to be serviced at the same inspection add £30 inc per service. For example a property with a boiler, a hob and seperate gas oven, to be inspected and the boiler only to be serviced at the same visit would be charged £95 inc in total.
GAS AND ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE.
Many properties these days have pre paid Gas and Electricity meters. There have been occasions when arriving at properties that no gas or electricity is available, and the emergency credit on the meter has been used up. Without either of these, it is not possible for any gas engineer to carry out the necessary safety checks on the gas appliances, pipework and flues in the properties Should this be the situation on arrrival at any property, there will be a £45 administration charge, which will not be deductable against any future inspection.
