LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE/SERVICE RATES

Please note. After 01/09/2026, the rates and our terms and conditions for this service will be amended. This is due to changes in gas safety regulations which we envisage causing this type of work taking longer to carry out. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. After this date we will no longer carry out Landlord Gas Safety Inspections in properties that have gas fires installed.

APPLIANCES IN PROPERTY                       RATES

      BOILER ONLY                                       £75 inc.

      PER ADDITIONAL APPLIANCE ADD     £55 inc.

After 01/09/2026 a basic Landlord Gas Safety for a property with up to 3 appliances (excluding gas fires) for a safety check inspection/Certificate will be charged @ £65 inc. For every appliance requested to be serviced at the same inspection add £45 inc. (excluding gas fires)

GAS AND ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE.

Many properties these days have pre paid Gas and Electricity meters. There have been occasions when arriving at properties that no gas or electricity is available, and the emergency credit on the meter has been used up. Without either of these, it is not possible for any gas engineer to carry out the necessary safety checks on the gas appliances, pipework and flues in the properties Should this be the situation on arrrival at any property, there will be a £45  administration charge, which will not be deductable against any future inspection.
