LANDLORD SAFETY CERTIFICATE RATES
Please Note. For rented properties that have Gas Fires installed, we no longer provide Landlord Gas Safety Inspections. We apologise for any inconvenience this policy may cause.
APPLIANCES IN PROPERTY RATES
BOILER + other appliances £80.00
OTHER APPLIANCES SERVICED add £55.00
The rates above are for a basic Landlord Gas Safety Certificate with a boiler only service. We do not do Landlord Gas Safety Inspection's without servicing at least the gas boiler. (only available Mon-Fri)
For every additional appliance requested to be serviced at the same inspection add £55 per appliance to be serviced. For example a property with a gas boiler, a hot water multipoint, and a cooker, in the property and the boiler and multipoint to be serviced with the cooker inspected only at the same visit would be charged £135 inc.
GAS AND ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE.
Many properties these days have pre paid Gas and Electricity meters. There have been occasions when arriving at properties that no gas or electricity is available, and the emergency credit on the meter has been used up. Without either of these, it is not possible for any gas engineer to carry out the necessary safety checks on the gas appliances, pipework and flues in the properties Should this be the situation on arrrival at any property, there will be a £45 administration charge, which will not be deductable against any future inspection.
