Our Service rates for boilers and fires etc, are shown below.
There are no hidden fees or callout charges.
GAS APPLIANCE TYPE RATE
BOILER £60 inc.
FIRE £60 inc. see GAS FIRE SERVICING below.
Combined Fire & Back boiler Units £95 inc.
MULTI APPLIANCE SERVICE DISCOUNTS.
We offer a £5 discount off of every appliance serviced when more than one appliance is serviced at the same visit.
(Example: Customer has a Combi boiler & a gas fire serviced at the same appointment, would cost £110 inc)
Remember if your gas boiler has a manufacturers warranty, failure to service it every 12 months will invalidate your warranty, which you could regret should the appliance suffer a component breakdown.
BOILER SERVICING.
The boiler on the left was 5 years old. Never been serviced, and unfortunately needed replacing. This could have been avoidable had it been serviced every year. It did have a 7 year manufacturers warranty when it was installed, but this was null and void as its annual servicing had not been adhered to.
FILTER SERVICING.
We are happy to service system filters during a boiler service visit. As filters age their seals and O rings can deterioate, and cause them to leak after cleaning. Should this occur, repairing this will be chargeable on a parts and labour basis, and is not included in the boiler service
GAS FIRE SERVICING.
Please note, we no longer offer to service or repair gas fires. The only exception to this policy is for customers who have had their gas fire serviced by us within the previous twelve months. Our reason for this policy is that obtaining parts for gas fires is getting harder. We do have many customers who have had their gas fires serviced by us every year, and therefore will not be affected by our new policy.
