LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE/SERVICE RATES

APPLIANCES IN PROPERTY                      RATES

      BOILER ONLY                                            £75 inc.

      PER ADDITIONAL APPLIANCE*           £50 inc.

Please note

*     For example a seperate gas water heater

**   If there is a gas cooker or hob in a rented property, there will be no additional charge            providing the appliance requires no alterations, repairs or upgrading.

*** Please note, we will not carry out Landlord Gas Safety Inspections in rented properties          that have gas fires in them. The only exception to this policy is for properties that have          had the gas fires serviced by us within the previous twelve months.

GAS AND ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE.

Many properties these days have pre paid Gas and Electricity meters. There have been occasions when arriving at properties that no gas or electricity is available, and the emergency credit on the meter has been used up. Without either of these, it is not possible for any gas engineer to carry out the necessary safety checks on the gas appliances, pipework and flues in the properties Should this be the situation on arrrival at any property, there will be a £40 inc charge, which will not be deductable at any future inspection.
