COOKER OR HOB INSTALLATION

We can offer to instal a customers gas cooker or hob for a fixed fee of £150 inc. The price includes parts and labour. (subject to survey)

SUBJECT TO SURVEY

The Subject to survey price is generally dependant on, the location of the new cooker or hob being installed. Generally it is on the assumption that the appliance is going to be in the same location as the one being replaced. The gas supply pipe already in situ, does not require upgrading and within a reasonable distance. Should we not offer an alternative price after the survey, there is no charge as the survey is free.

APPLIANCE DISCONNECTION

We can offer to disconnect a customers unwanted appliance for a fixed fee of £70 inc. The price includes parts and labour.

UNWANTED APPLIANCE DISPOSAL

Unfortunately we cannot remove a customers old unwanted appliance for disposal.

MINOR ADJUSTMENT

There are times that a Customer requests an engineer to cal for minor things. Often this could be something they have forgotten how to do, such as, alter the settings on a thermostat, top up a systems pressure. Should you require an engineer for the likes of this, we will not charge a labour only first visit repair fee of $60 inc, but we will charge an adjustment fee of £60 inc. Please Note. If we have to fit parts or use tools, this will be regarded as a Repair.
